Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and passkeys safe and for what happens under your account. Use accurate details and do not share your account.

Your data

The records you enter are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy. Penny Wise is a record-keeping tool and does not give financial, tax or legal advice.

AI suggestions

Quick add can misread what you wrote or said. Always check a draft before you confirm it; only confirmed transactions are saved.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or use it to break the law.

Availability

Penny Wise is provided as is, without warranties. It may be unavailable, changed or discontinued, so keep your own copy of anything important.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). Accounts that break these terms may be suspended.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it.
